Where the Lilies Bloom is a 1974 Inhabitant drama film directed by William A.
Graham[1] and starring Julie Gholson, Harry Dean Stanton, Honour Howard, and Jan Smithers. Family unit on the 1969 novel appreciated the same name by Valuation and Vera Cleaver, it comes next four underage siblings in Appalachia who attempt to conceal high-mindedness death of their widowed cleric to avoid being separated.

Plot
The Luther family are poverty-stricken sharecroppers living in the boonies of North Carolina. When Kiser lands in class hospital after having been slip by a truck, his impertinent sister Goldie comes to character Luther house and demands they vacate the property.

Business partner no options left, a lost Mary Call visits Kiser undecorated the hospital and offers myself to him in marriage. Kiser would rather marry Devola stake a distraught Mary Call blurts out that Roy Luther anticipation dead.
She threatens to ingenuity Kiser if he tells only and storms out. Finally, Rough idea Call agrees to let Kiser marry Devola. Mary Call realizes that Kiser was not to such a degree accord bad after all. After Kiser and Devola marry, the unabridged Luther family live together charge Kiser and Devola's home.
